The valve with thread in accordance with ISO 228/1 (DIN 259) and with quick release is designed to individually shut off the water supply to sanitary fittings such as sinks, toilets and small cisterns, etc. Model 4426 has a nominal pressure rating of PN10 bar (150 psi) and an operating temperature of -10 to 90°C. It has an opening and closing mechanism composed of a polymer that prevents the adhesion of limescale to the surface and extends the life of the valve in places with high percentages of limescale in the water.
