Carbon steel body (A-276 WCB), stainless steel ball, graphite reinforced PTFE ball seats, PTFE seals and FKM shaft O-rings. The ball valve is used to completely open and close the flow of fluids and is suitable for use with hot and cold water, wastewater, steam and oils. Model 5117 has PN16 flanges in accordance with UNE EN-1092-2. It withstands a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (250 psi) and an operating temperature of -20 to 180°C (-4 to 140°F). It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal installation. MT valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with DIN 3357, tested and inspected in accordance with 12266, face-to-face distance in accordance with DIN 3202, direct mounting pad ISO 5211.
